Are well-child visits covered?
Most plans cover well-child visits and routine vaccines as preventive care, but benefits vary. Ask your insurer what your plan covers and whether a copay applies.
Do you accept Medicaid?
Yes, we accept NY Medicaid. Many families get Medicaid through a health plan. Several of those companies are on our list, including MetroPlus Health, Healthfirst, Fidelis Care, Empire BlueCross BlueShield (including HealthPlus), EmblemHealth, Affinity Health Plan (now Molina Healthcare) and Amida Care. What if my child has no insurance?
Self-pay is available for families without insurance. Call us at (917) 832-6562 to ask about self-pay rates. Children in New York may qualify for Child Health Plus or Medicaid; apply through NY State of Health.
