Call us to book any visit. We'll help you choose the right type of visit, including sick and newborn visits.

- Well-child visit: a preventive visit at set ages to check growth and development, give vaccines that are due and do recommended screenings.
- Sick visit: fever, ear pain, cough, rash, vomiting or other new symptoms.
- Newborn visit: your baby's first visits in the days and weeks after birth.
- School or sports physical: exam and forms for school, daycare, camp or a team.
- Immigration medical exam: the Form I-693 exam for a green card application, for children and adults. Book by phone.
- New-patient visit: your child's first visit with us.

Call (917) 832-6562 as early in the day as you can. We'll tell you if there's an opening today. Same-day visits aren't guaranteed, so please call before you come in.
If you think your child has an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. Don't wait for an appointment.
Office policies
- Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you can't make it, please call us as early as you can so we can give the time to another family.
- Please call before coming to the office. Walk-in visits aren't guaranteed.
- Brothers and sisters can be seen in the same appointment time. Let us know when you book.
