Call to book, ask about a visit, or request forms and records. Our automated phone assistant answers every call, day and night, in English or Spanish. It can book, check, change or cancel an appointment and give our hours and address. It can also take a message, which goes to the office staff; messages left after hours are handled when the office opens. The assistant can't give medical advice. See after-hours care.

Please don't send medical details through social media either.
Patient portal
Existing patients can sign in to Patient Fusion to see your child's health records and send the office non-urgent messages. If you don't have an account yet, ask the front desk for an invitation. Don't use the portal for urgent problems or emergencies; call us, or call 911 in an emergency.
Patient Fusion says it is closing the week of December 7, 2026. Please sign in before then and save a copy of your child's records. Call us if you have questions.

If your child is having trouble breathing, is unresponsive, has a seizure, or you think it's an emergency, call 911. For a possible poisoning, call Poison Control at 1-800-222-1222.
